I don't disagree with the OP on many assertions, but using one's experience to arrive at an absolute is, well, a bit of a stretch.

I am just wondering if all of you "legit" professionals arrived where you are by just going always by the book, In my 14 year in RE, I have never met anyone that told me the truth from the start.

I had to hire an attorney, petition the court, show proof of payments and have the court rule on my payoff amount.  

I set goals, put myself in gear, and hit gas...I am 100% sure that a lot of folks arrive to BP because they are lost in life.

I would like to make a petition that “Engineer” or “Civil Engineer” be added to the Occupation list for profiles.
