I would take a hard look at the results my current management style is affording me and consider outsourcing management or changing my management style.

With its proximity to the Wholesale District and Fountain Square (lots of hip and new bars), I'm hoping in a few years, we'll start seeing single, straight outta-college kids who cannot afford to live downtown move to nearby areas like Near Eastside.

We were thinking about land contract because we might not need a big down payment but we are stuck in our apartment rent until July and we would not be able to afford a house payment and our rent.

The reason I bought so far way is that its the only market I could afford in.

Commercial lending has multiple facets to it.

I'm not sure how much you're tied to that city, but I would strongly consider moving to a more affordable market if you can.

There are a few steps involved but believe me the state is in need of all the affordable housing it can get.

Can they afford the initial build-out to transform your space to a restaurant that will pass health inspections and have enough funds left for the start up, food cost,  and marketing?

You can invest outside of your market in a more affordable area, or you can continue to save.
