I have seen some companies advertise properties in Birmingham as B+ or A- when they are CLEARLY C+ at best.

I was planning to repaint the whole unit and put in a new kitchen anyway and wasn't going to advertise/do showings, until most of that work was done. 

 The Bay area techs are earning 80% of the entire planets advertising revenue.

pro's   looks better on paper than a B or Acons.. wont run as advertised and return might be as good as B class or you could get your butt handed to you.

On the other hand, if you have experience, then I suggest you advertise it under BP marketplace clearly indicating what is it you're bringing to the table and what you're looking for from your partner(s).Best!

I will say, from my perspective, it does seem like that is an advertisement from a wholesaler, you will want to ask that, to my knowledge they have to tell you if they own the house or if they're just selling the contract.

While I am happy overall with their service, the fact that I do not have control over the prycing and that they do not have dynamic rates in TN (pretty misleading on their end as they advertise that they do yet in their biggest market of TN which they told me accounts for over 25% of all their bookings nationwide doesnt have it) is somewhat of a turn off.

I have gone other routes like advertising in the local paper and around local businesses.
