Otherwise they are running the risk of getting fined by the city and/or people taking it lightly and starting to keep junk or non-working items on their premises and eventually turning the park into a car junk yard.With that said, i don't think any reasonable manager  would refuse a request to postpone this by a couple of weeks (if that's what we are talking about).

My husband and I work fulltime but we have bought 4 properties in Baltimore City over the past year that we are now renting out. 

Moving to Panama City, Fl area and need to buy a house to live in.

I scour the forums day and night and research many of the popular cities that come up but really, i'm not sure how I can do the research on my own from scratch. 

A lot of people suggest not having too many properties in one LLC also.It may vary by state but a UPS mail box that you rent can be used since it is a street address, not a PO Box, and used as the LLC address.

Its pretty rural with the closest city of ~5,000 being 15 minutes away.  

They know the market very well.Most of Huntsville is good for rentals as their is not much crime in the area as compared to many cities in the south around the same size. 

I dont like the following::Busy street, lots of steps, next to commercial or industrial, houses on either side are in very poor condition, very high taxes, certain construction styles and materials, on street parking, being far from transportation or main highways.These ideas above are just a few but the main ones.

How to select a city?

Assuming you have no other major obligations or constraints (i.e. family, job, finances) guiding you and could pick any place in the USA to move and build/start a real estate portfolio, which city would you start?
