I would try to strike a deal with either a hotel or Short term or mid term rental host and just see how low you can get those expenses.

Would you stay in a hotel that wouldn't let you use the HVAC?  

Do some research on business internet and how offices/hotels provide internet to large spaces.

But, again, most of our homes are in unincorporated Clark County and the hotels and casinos do not want the competition.

I know plenty of apartment owners that do that to keep hotel taxes off their backs.

I've talked with a few integrated property managers who have a small warehouse that houses laundry facilities, tools, all inventories, and replacement items similar to how a hotel or resort has storage space on site.

Combination of misguided socialistic housing advocates and hotel industry and some large apt owners have pushed this legislation.  

I love the location being within a block of the Hotel Roanoke.

I don't necessarily see any issues with having a living room, but with as many people as there are in my house, I like that there isn't much incentive to bring friends over and treat the house like the 'hangout' spot.Keep in mind I have 7 people (and sometimes 8 when a guest stays a weekend) so my opinions come from running a mini hotel basically lol.Similar to Nicole, I provide toilet paper, paper towels, all cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc.
