That’ll cause inflation to spike again which this administration clearly doesn’t want with an election coming up.

If you're looking for office space, need more frequent oversight, administrative support and/or want to partake in the systems of a larger or better organized business, you should look to pay a bit more.

I don’t know of anyone who had a criminal or drug past.

Many here don’t realize that for IRAs, there are custodians and there are administrators.

Lots of abandoned commercial properties and an area of high drug use. 

That and most small residential projects do not hire architects to take on the Construction Administration (CA) phase of the house building.

If a 401(k) loan permits loans, the administrator doesn't normally care what you're going to do with the money.

How will you know if they are regularly inspecting your properties inside and out to ensure tenants are doing damage, dealing drugs, punching holes in walls, moving in unapproved pets/boyfriends/girlfriends, etc unless you stop by and/or they provide you pictures and video? 

Many places are available to keep people off the streets if they're willing and able to follow a simple, basic set of rules like no drinking and no illegal drugs.
