If someone is wanting to partner with me on a real estate deal but he is looking for properties to add value and have appreciation to potentially sell and I am less concerned with the value as long as it cash flows positively, is there a way we an align our goals to work together?

Owning real estate investments has been a dream of mine since I was in high school and now I'm making it a goal.

My financial planning team and I focus our business on anywhere from new to seasoned real estate investors on managing their cashflows, giving them a financially organized snapshot of their assets and liabilities, and helping them allocate their funds to achieve their goals.
