Anything you could salvage and sell from the house....water heaters, AC units, cabinets, copper?   

I have remodeled both bathrooms and did small remodel on the kitchen - cabinet refacing and slate tile floor.

In summary, the main building:1) will need to be tented for termites/ants,2) will need basically two full bathroom renovations (floor around one toilet is a bit soft and rotted some of the joist down below, and the other bathroom is an addition that looks like it also might not have been built to code bc has really tight spacing and has a huge crack in the walk-in shower that basically just drains water out into the crawl space below the house and the floor under that area is just totally rotted out),3) would need a refreshed kitchen (sink drain plumbing is in need of repair and at a minimum would need new countertops but likely new cabinets as well)4) they recommended earthquake bracing to the foundation since it’s almost a 100-year-old house and reinforcing part of the cripple wall down below5) found a clog (or at least an area the camera couldn’t get past) in the sewer line.

, broken window, punched in cabinet door, etc.) all adding up to $1400 for repairs, cleaning, carpet cleaning, etc.The lawn was left in even worse condition with one area so overgrown that 3 estimates I have to clean only that area out were $1100, $1200, and $1800 respectively.My problem is that my management company is telling me that I would have to sue to get the extra money back and that I would *never* get a judge to approve so much even for landscaping (He is saying that I should only hope for a couple of hundred). 

One was my grey cabinets, I needed a match for the back panel and an accent wall.

Soft grays are neutral yet, warm and inviting as are warm tans with look great against wood color cabinets and trim.  

But I do stain and refinish floors, decks, cabinets, countertops.

The mother and child got out just fine, but the kitchen cabinets are a write-off, and there is smoke damage throughout the unit.

They did require we dig up part of the basement, remove cabinets and open some walls so they could inspect plumbing and electrical.More recently, I did a major bath renovation at my residence.  

Get wood, not the plastic covered cabinets.
