A training and experience that many aviation employers are looking for.  

Due to a majority of the highest paying jobs requiring advance training, the advent of robotics, dumb AI replacing certain jobs, the trend of economic inequality will continue and we will see more Americans fall out of the middle class. 

What I always envisioned was turning my current condo into a rental after living there for about 5-8 years (it's in a nice location about a five minute walk to the red line, for those non Bostonians that's one of the train lines that takes you into Boston).

Now, down here, we get tickets for unsafe towing, overloading, impeding traffic, reckless endangerment, driving too fast for conditions and littering or illegal dumping!

It is evolving like the Airline Industry.  30 Years ago, you bought an airline tickets and then there were NO MORE CHARGES. 

Those big ticket items could be creeping up on you like roof, might have old clay sewage pipes, AC (I'm In Louisiana so AC has about a 10-15 yr life) but then again depreciation is also a tax incentive which means she prob had houses for 30 years now and I'm sure aside from cash flow she's made they have appreciate since she bought Them.

The training KW provides is phenomenal, especially for a new agent.

Also, does any one recommend attending Rich Dad's Educational 3 day training?

Looking to network, learn more, and buy my first property.Ideally I'm looking to find a multi-unit to live in and rent out that is walking distance to the train (MBTA), but have become discouraged based on the market in Boston and Cambridge area over the year.
