Started reading the Bigger Pockets book on rental property investing and decided to join this forum to seek advice and help with taking that first actual step into investing.

After doing all the research and reading, the best way to learn.

I've been reading a lot more the past few years, and I've gotten really into all of the books, podcast, and blogs in the FinCon community.

I had read that some custodians have restrictions on certain investment types so consent is required before execution of an investment could take place. 

I'm finally serious about getting my feet wet wholesaling in my state of Washington after reading tons of books and listening to many BP podcasts on the subject.I've been working on a website to help with lead generations and I was going to create a page stating "We Pay Cash for Leads That Close!"

At the same time, I have read many posts on BP regarding co-signers and there seems to be more bad than good.Looking forward to hear your thoughts, thanks!

I still have to take my real estate exam (first attempt was a 72%) but I want to work with investors too and read the post I think it was called the ultimate realtor guide to working with investors.

But the contract itself has a stricter timeline.I'm not entirely sure what you are getting at.You say "Right, but if there is 17 day inspection period and Sellers/Agent provides TDS on day 17" ... all this does is give buyer additional time to cancel since buyer has a certain period of time from receipt of TDS to cancel.If your goal is to give seller additional time to cancel then giving them the TDS on day 17 will accomplish your goal.The inspection timer starts upon sellers acceptance of purchase contract.Also, I'd have to go back and read the contract, but I think if anything 'material' pops up whether from inspection, TDS or otherwise buyer gets additional time to either cancel or seller to fix.
