It costs me $32.99/mo.I've used the service before for other businesses, and they will answer professionally (24/7), follow whatever script or screening questions you give them*, and either take a message and email it to you immediately (so you can call back) or they can call your cell, let you know they have a caller on the line, and transfer the call to your cell if you're able to take it -basically, whatever workflow or transfer protocol you give them, they will follow.

The two background screening services I've used only show convictions, not arrests, because of the presumption of innocence until an actual conviction.Have you actually seen a background check where this has showed up?

etcin all states that i know of, an entity doesn't need a licensed pm/re professional to manage its own properties.conversely, many if not most property managers not only provide pm services to other commercial landlords, but have their own owned portfolio and employees who build/rehab properties, and others who screen/service tenants, and others who do both. sounds like u want to do/focus on the latter (after the 'but')
