Hello,I am looking for an entry level job out of school that aligns with my long term goals to reach financial freedom and have a strong passive income stream from real estate investing.

During the day I am a middle school teacher and basketball coach.  

Final thoughts - get at least two contractors to give you a bid and make sure the contractor you hire is licensed and has a positive history of good work.   

Using the freedom of info act , look at the towns spending or their bid board history .   

I focused on Blue Springs mostly due to the schools and because its close to home.

Good schools, shopping etc are all close by.Ideally I'd like to use hard wood base trim at $1-2' cost from a supplier out of the area, the casing of course would be more, Masonite doors $70-80 ea, Schlage Door knobs, LP Smart Siding, basic roofing materials unless I could snag a good deal on class IV shingles - 5" concrete for the slab, Basic Vinyl windows.   

@Cory Mccarthy Thank you for the vote of confidence but the number one reason stopping me from going back to school and finishing my degree, other than the fact I don’t really need it because of the training I got in the military, is that dreaded English 110 class I had never completed.
