Get a degree, or a new job, or a promotion in current job or even a complete career change.

Similarly, if your willingness to lease property to the company bought you special consideration such as a promotion, raise, etc., the IRS may have issue with the transaction.  

It was an inadvertent violation of BP's (very valid) anti-self promotion rules....I thought they only applied to selling stuff and didn't realize that they extended to free content as well. 

But maximizing the use of how their algorithms choose to promote your listing could lead to higher rates and occupancy down the line.
