So I chose to get my real estate license and focus on becoming a top producer.

I know I wouldn't recommend any because I'd rather them focus on servicing my notes.

The fact that someone's actually living in the property is a pretty good indicator that the place is livable on some level with running water and power, although there's no guarantee.

I do want to make very clear that I value her thoughts in this and understand the necessary privacy she’s requesting, all while at the same time contemplate the power of leveraging OPM for such a large purchase and potential future endeavors.

My plan is to focus on the three areas I know best:  Metro Detroit, Huntsville, Alabama and Metro Washington, DC.
