If you buy a $70K turnkey and rent it out, great, you have an asset and you are in the game and you are doing.

I will hopefully be tapping into Avery's resources and experience in this STR market, but I'd love to hear any advice that I may not be thinking of for a newbie in this game.

Real Estate Investors--I am new to the game and I am looking to produce a cash flow of $500-800 per month in the Kansas and Ohio markets.

I will check with sponsor if they are co-investing in this deal to know that whether they have their skin in the game. since you guys are in the syndication offering, so wanted to see if you see anything that is not in-line with market offerings or any other red flags.

Contractor's bid work all the time but don't get the job; it's just the nature of the game.

I also only offer M2M leases, which makes it easier for me to terminate any agreements for any reason (or no reason).In the future (and maybe you did this), I find it helpful to lurk on social media platforms to see what kind of pets are showing up there before I accept any funds for the hold.
