Hi:I'm looking at the viability of building a commercial property for an existing practice.

We are looking to perhaps move into a larger place, and rent out our original duplex, which would increase our monthly cash flow even more.

I am, like other, attempting to do a seller financing, but need my private mortgages originated by an originator/mortgage broker.

We're seeking a PM that will treat our Tenants with dignity, respect, and professionalism and that will treat our buildings as though they owned them &  lived there themselves....Does such a thing even exist?
