I have about 6 Development sites in Williamsburgh Brooklyn, I have site set ups and some have approved plans.

So, before you let that money burn a hole in your pocket, and end in someone else's pockets, you should hang out on this (and other) REI sites and LEARN ALL YOU CAN.Take a hard look at your financial situation.

Try a site called rehabfunding.com, they have a very extensive list, they use to determine if they will lend you money.
