I’m looking for PMs that have experience with Multi family 20 to 80 units.

I am soon to be 53 with one sfr and looking now for a duplex, hoping to acquire 2- 3 small multi fam properties next year.

I recently closed on a 4-unit multi-family complex in Oakland, CA.

He helped me buy my first multi, which I am house hacking now.

We're now ready to get started building wealth for our son.Can anyone suggest a real estate agent in the LA area that has experience finding and closing multi-unit properties?

I’m looking to buy my first multi-family either duplex or fourplex.

The competition for duplex/multi-family is fierce, but it may work for you as an owner/occupant willing to pay a bit more than an investor.  

For the next investment , we are planning to do another multi-unit on the peninsula but also have an eye on Antigonish and Wolfville for student rentals in the future.

I could update the lease to state tenants are responsible for any fines from the city but in a multi-family unit determining who is at fault will not be easy. 

After a few years of receiving cash flow from the multis, and perhaps borrowing against them to acquire more income-producing properties, we could eventually move into the house in South Pasadena to take advantage of the schools, while the in-laws would get to retire on the cash-flow from the multi-families.
