Do you need a license to wholesale mobile homes in GA?

Anyone have thoughts on buying a home where there is a very large cell phone tower in the neighborhood?

I recently purchased a mobile home community.

I’m wondering the best way to get financed on a rental property I am lookin to buy it’s 65k I have capital to buy the property but I’d rather get a loan My issue is I have very good credit but I’m self employed in multiple small businesses and I just started paying taxes 2 years ago Another issue is it’s a double wide trailer on a lot and the bank tells me it’s hard to get a loan on a mobile home

I personally hate talking on the phone, but it was necessary for me to achieve a particular goal of getting MLS lists from property managers and relators and also building a relationships with realtors OOS.  

I had one loan servicer that was only available on teh phone from 9-6.
