I’m looking at how I can do this in partnership with other investors who will use cash and/or loans.  

And it appears that the amount of work is not high enough to hire a full time person.Does anyone have some good best-practice or ideas to show how you manage the work load and staffing for similar scenarios?

Myself and a few other investors I know have a handful here but I want to keep getting to know others doing the same thing and share notes about what’s working and not working.

Now from what I know and understand yes its ilegal to sign contract with no intent to buy, at least listed properties.

From what I know that after 2 years has passed since his death no company or no one can claim money owed to them except a mortgage and monies owed to the mortgage lenders.
