Do some investigating on your own and findout from the city/county how long is the permitting process.  

I'm new to BP (as of today, Jul 20) too and am investigating the Bucks County area as well.

I just started to investigate the possibility of buying some notes and located a few  websites that seem to be popular. 

So without being able to investigate further, I immediately bought her a new fridge, and we have the (still working) old one in our garage.

I looked at sub-metering a property that I own and although I have decided against it for now, the investigative process was educational.  

They said it was pretty bad but I haven't had a chance to investigate myself.

I need to investigate any codes or laws governing this process, but I don't know where to begin.The only certainty is that the shelter will look strange, especially next to everyday houses -- HOAs will surely be a death sentence, no?

If the reason for denial is based upon mom or other sources, I just explain that something came up in the background investigation and that I have to respect the confidential nature that the information was given.Most have skeletons in their closet anyway, and just go away.

No need to investigate if they keep you in the loop.
