I think you will find you will get the most out of BP if you interact and stay active on the site.

I can only speak to my own experience as an agent, an investor and a property manager and from the experience of those around me but, unfortunately that has very rarely been the case with my own experiences and the investors and owners we interact with on a daily basis.

Go ahead and learn in the site and interact in the forums!

We are also doing a lot more live webinars for the out of town members that need that interaction.

I need a process that allows me to document my interaction (for legal reasons), track who I responded to and be able to see who to follow up with.

Feel free to interact in the forums and meet new people.

Lower barrier to entry, interactions with great people, systematic operations that can be automated, not to mention a high cap for profitability.

We intentionally try to create a place where new investors and people with hundreds of doors can interact.
