You want an accountant who can help you strategize and who is responsive when you want to know the tax consequences of the decisions you are making throughout the year.Good luck in your search.

Then you need to send this information to the tenant (include the lawyer) stating security deposit amount minus repair and re-renting cost, you owe X dollars.

It's packed with the information both you and your lenders will need to complete the deal in a safe manner.

It is a business decision.  

This site is great for networking and getting a ton of real estate information.

The information is good, but you can find all of that on the internet for free.
