HVAC, roof, bathroom remodels, square footage additions, etc.

Rehabbed Kitchen, bathroom and repainted entire inside and out of home.

1) The garage was big enough to add another room w/ bathroom. 2) The house had not been updated since it was built.

Does having NO 1/2 bathroom on main level a turn off for buyers/renters? 

Lastly, the house is a 1k sq ft 3/1 with a dinky bathroom.

Louis City in safe clean neighborhood, hardwood floors updated kitchen and bathroom, and ample closet space.

Since we're planning to renovate 2 small (6 x 11) bathrooms, paint and new minor kitchen upgrades, does it make sense to use existing cash and credit to fund updates or see if there's any existing equity to fund the renovations?

I wanted to hire them again to this time renovate our entire home (mostly, finish tons of half-done projects and re-do our cramped master bathroom).The estimated price came in at $28,000...very close to my guess of $30K.

So were were looking for a house with a alot of bathrooms. 

I passed by homedepot the other day to get an idea of how much they would charge for a full bathroom and kitchen renovation using floor models...they mentioned prices that looked quite expensive to me and recommended me not to take any of their off the shelf cabinets for an apartment I would rent as they would tear off after 1 year...does anyone has any experience using Homedepot?
