I'm just starting out and need to find a link to download a free excel spreadsheet so I can accurately analyze & assess properties I'm looking to purchase for rentals and capital appreciation. 

I checked and none download correctly and in your experience - how do investors analyze and keep track if not excel?

@Mindy Jensen if I already purchased my lease paperwork from BiggerPockets do I get to go in and download the new updated form or I have to repay.
