By mid April, the ski vacations are thinking about other things and staying in the bay area and enjoying the green. 

With a slight staging.Outside with green grass cut yesterday, fertilized 4 weeks ago and double cross cut,  six $4 bags of bark and 3 $15 plants that are 18inches high.Don't need high end, Just clean and smart and flow!

Very green to real estate investing with no tangible experience, but I've a general idea of the direction I *think* I would like to go in to reach my financial freedom goals. 

So now, I look at listings in Durham, or parts of ATL and I see how high they've gotten but I guesss, barring a crash - I can't say why they WOULDN'T appreciate an average of 3% per year.  

However, if my next purchase goes well, I will think much harder about it since I hope my track record would be at least respectable enough for investors to know I'm not some green guy off the street.
