I've heard several people around the forums say that they save up to X amount of dollars per property in CapEx and then take home the excess cash flow once they hit that point. 

I have been reading the forums trying to get a list of qualifications to use, but a person with rentals in an upscale neighborhood in CA where rents run 2500/mo. on average is going to have a completely different qualifications than someone doing working class rentals.  

I would say, based on your intro, that the best way to approach your real estate investing career is to take advantage of all the free resources this site has to offer.Participate in the forums, read the blogs and articles, and listen to the podcasts.There is seriously a wealth of information here at your disposal.We are happy to help in any way we can.Once again, welcome to BiggerPockets, and I wish you the best in your real estate investing career.
