Now they’re asking for a 10-day, non-refundable $3,000 deposit and earnest money, which makes me hesitant.  

Every time I have rented an on-site storage unit or garage to a tenant, I have always gotten less than what I could have gotten if I had found an off-site tenant to lease the unit.

We now live overseas and are renting it as our first property.

Decent cash flow but not looking for a home run the first time around (although that'd be nice!).

Easy return, purchased new from the builder, great ROI off the bat. 0 repair cost first few years.

Hello,  Has anybody done  bootcamp  “90 Day Challenge to Buy Your First Rental Property”  or “Rentals made easy”  by Jessie Lang,  would really appreciate if you could please share your experience, I could not find any reviews/feedback  online. thank you.

Also, a freshly cleaned and nice-smelling home makes a great first impression!
