What are some of the biggest pain points you’ve experienced?

Making friends with real estate agents, both in residential and commercial, would be a great lead generation tool. 

I am an agent but get referrals too like a lender would.

Looking to connect with agents, loan officers, and investors of course.  

I've closed 3, so definitely not the most experienced on the Commercial Side, but in my experience a lot of these Commercial Lenders want to see a Personal Financial Statement.

One team (agent, property manager, contractor, etc.) can take care of anything in Lehigh or Northampton counties.

We are an all in one team… Licensed agents, manage hundreds of doors, in-house maintenance (on payroll) single family and small multi family properties.
