Good day everyone,My tenant gave me notice that they'll move out soon.For my next tenant I am using COZY for my rental services.Can I accept only online rent payments in New Jersey?

There can be a lot of locked up value in them, but very difficult for a new out of state investor to manage.....even for an experienced out of state investor for that matter.  

Sell them off market for half price on Zillow Craigslist and other online resources .

I just want some experienced opinions. 

A few questions:1) what challenges have you experienced?

It seems the vast majority of information online is geared towards the investor.

I have about 70 units coming online in the next month and wanted to know if anyone has sent out mailers/postcards to surrounding/similar complexes to try and get some of their tenants.

Any central PA presences online here?

There are services that will post your ad to multiple online services like Zillow.
