Its definitely not easy investing in NNJ, but folks are doing it successfully every day, just takes a little extra grit.I do mailings to specific areas I know very well, look for FSBO's and "For Rent" signs on properties I like.  

I understand frustration as we have all been through it in all walks of life, but all I ask is instead of using this platform to bash people who work hard everyday to provide for their families in all walks of life, but to come and ask the plentiful knowledge of how to deal better and even people if you have a nice positive attitude, will be more then happy to work with you in the future and share their already established resources with you and eliminate the headache.

I am usually there every day.  

Now, no one has ever taken us up on the offer, but we keep it on the table so that clients know that we are accountable every step of the way and that, even if they aren't actively checking in on their investment, we are working to ensure its success every day.

So my best advice is act like everyday is the day it's going to happen.

I use those apps every day!  

TD Bank is open every day except certain holidays, and is in the states where our rentals are.

You are wasting money every day on unnecessary toys and luxuries.

Learn something new every day.

As a middle schooler, I would run scenarios such as, what if had one dollar and it doubled every day for a month?
