I plan on "graduating" my new agents to create teams of their own once they're ready  - to keep your expectations it usually takes 1-2 years before an agent is ready to start their own team  But if you're willing to put in the time and the grind, and if you really LOVE real estate and love working with people (its more of a people business than a RE business), then those first 2 years become decades of a successful career.

For example, if it's to build and preserve wealth, you have one property (the converted apartment) that isn't being utilized...if you're not using it personally, why not rent it as an apartment, office (a lot of remote workers are a little tired of working around kids and dogs), artist studio.
