There’s one on the market that fits that description that one of my clients have had their eye on, but it only has a one car garage on each side.

You can google flat rate listing agents to possible save on the commission you will pay, but this those typically come with limited services too, like photographs, writing a description, etc.In this crazy market, and I don't think Las Vegas is much different, there are more buyers than sellers.  

It may take some time in the beginning to go through all the sites online but once you get a system , you’ll find that that time is cut in more than half ... you can set up alerts on most sites for properties that fit your description and location .. another thing is don’t tie yourself to just one location .. but always research the location of you find something that looks promising .. and one more thing is don’t hesitate to long if you happen to find a off market or on market property that has profit potential.. they go fast .. very fast ..
