Actually, I used to be an assistant cost estimator for construction projects.

I am also putting a tenant in another property and I find out the well went dry ( that was another post )  Getting that done took time away from the first project  .

I'm asking this question for my father who is looking to be a private investor for real estate projects. 

For instance, I won't ever plan to fund cap ex projects out of cashflow. 

I'm looking for a cloud based rehab/project management system to track each property from the first day after acquisition to the day we sell or move a tenant in.

@Raymond HillOne thing that really helped me and I would recommend to anybody new to real estate is to run your cash flow projections on at least a few dozen properties, even if they're not the ones you want to buy.

With big companies it can be as much who you work for in the company and the project you work on as much as the company.
