I have alot of old windows that I could either refinish or just sand and paint them a white color.

The colors were simple Navajo white, cheap dark laminate flooring, light blue in the the bathroom, new fixtures, new water heater, new A/C so that the main systems are good and I don't have to worry about them for awhile.

Using 1 color only..

you get a fair housing complaint because the new one is a different color, marital status, etc...

Here are my thoughts and questions on this:1) It would seem doing something in the grey or beige safe spectrum of colors would be wise, I did "Teepee Brown" on the last house, and would like try a light gray / greige color2) Grey seems like it might clash with the red brick, this brings me to 3)3) I am wondering whether or not to paint / cover the brick features shown in a white / stucco material - this will add a small amount of cost4) Note there is 3/4" Oak Floor underneath the carpet, which will reveal and fix up towards the end5) At first I considered trying to demolish the brick planter, but after more consideration it will be cheaper and easier to "roll with" the feature...

My recommendation is to go with a classic style and color that won't feel dated in a few years.

It needs 2 things: 1) a new roof. 2) new duct work.

This way can place it on one side of house to run the duct work down the center of the house to shoot up to second floor st the same time as it is blowing out below on main floor.
