Hello everyone, ive learned alot about RE investing i went to seminars and read books and alot of stuff, im readdy to do it but im not sure where to start, i need a good advice on where i can start and make some cash fast becasue i dont have mutch, and go from there.I have 2k to my name.

I've only recently become interested in real estate investing and have spent the last several months digesting books, magazines, DVDs and TV shows on the subject.

Out of the 5 or so books I have read in the past 10 months this has been my least favorite.

i'm a beginning investor and i've read alot of books and material but things are always different when they are real, so what should i do (like what info should i get, what contracts should i bring in case, and like what should i say), because i don't want this guy and his four kids to lose there house, and i don't want his house to go to the auction because it will sell fast because of the equity in it

books?

I should be able to get $500 or $600 per month on that, granted it might create some problems with neighbors but a one-man-show packaging books or collectibles in a basement is not likely to cause much trouble.

I have spent around 16,000 on diferrent education and read lots of books only to read in the guru sections I was probably taken and wasted some reading time.
