I just went back and looked at my notes and my ask was not for the lists/groups, it was the ability to sort my colleagues into those lists/groups from the primary list of Colleagues under my profile by simply hovering over them and selecting an "assign to list" option from the pop-up ... kind of like the "Message" | "Connect" items which appear in the pop-ups when you hover over someones avatar in a forum post.

Since it is real money we are talking...and newbies are trusting the select few BPs total TK BS artist.... it is more in the sad department unfortunately. 

The 10 year popped above 2% last week and I would expect it will keep climbing for some time.

If you are talking mom and pop commercial sub 1 million in price then you get a lot of crap loans and not many lenders wanting to loan except local banks and a few credit unions.

There are some options that still do pop up on mls. 12south is out but other areas woodbine, outside of Germantown, west Nashville, etc. still plenty out there just need to keep an eye out

For some strange reason one MSA might pop because of a new employer or hedge fund buying in the area.

I've even found them popping up through the floor.  

You may be dealing with a con artist/professional tenant.Inform your agent that you have decided to changed your policy on allowing dogs.
