I feel like I should at least be making some cash flow, but after the mortgages are paid, PM collects her fee (8%) and any repairs,maintenance, taxes or insurance are paid, I'm left with no extra income. something seems amiss here and when I ask PM she says this is normal and to be expected the first few years of owning rental property.

I don't know if they waited until I had a contract to put their foot on the gas, but that's where we are, and may be what's holding up the works.  

Because of this he won't be able to give me a normal record of employment with salary on it. 

So you can't really compare how you do things in a regular job, because landlording is not the same as a typical job that we consider to be normal. 

There's nothing that would have prevented these tenants from getting through my screening, as they were perfectly normal before the domestic disturbance on 3/17.

With these properties, though, I have not set foot in them since getting them under contract.

But I normally do this in PHX so wanted to see if #'s and such are same or different in Lynnwood, WA.

Is the house worth more money, or do you now have (2) 7 foot bedrooms? 

In normal condo building, individuals own each units, condominium by definition is not own by one individual  

I am normally quite passive on Bigger Pockets but buying off market from a wholesaler and closing quickly is all new to me, so why not ask an experienced crowd?
