We have a tenant living there now and the rental agreement with the tenant was through our LLC and the property management company who is dealing with the tenant was hired through our LLC. 

I was ok with this because he assured me that repairs were done on the home and and that it would appraise for 70-75k because that was the going rate for duplexes in the area. 1000 went to set up an LLC in Texas, and other monies went to various expenses which left 6k going toward the loan leaving a 54k balance.I asked about certain repairs and things to be worked on that he assured me we’re taken care of.

Do you hold Title in an entity like a LLC?

Are you looking for a broker that does fannie/freddie residential or more of a commercial style broker who does 30 year loans with no income verification, no limit on the # of financed properties, LLC is fine, etc etc?

Our plan is to collect rent through our LLC even though we bought the home in our personal names. 

So, anything owned by the LLC can be gone after by the suitors (which is why you shouldn't have the mortgage in your name and Title in the LLC's name). 

Yes...my LLC completed a refinance on a commercial office property in the upstate of SC through a regional bank I have an established relationship with back in early July.  

So this is a dumb question that I'm just not wrapping my brain around.I take title in an LLC. 

I wonder if I can get a conventional loan under our new established LLC. 

If my llc goes bankrupt worse case scenario, how does that affect my personal credit and would I just start another llc and move on?
