Internet forums are great for ideas, but never do financing based off of what some guy might do, or getting information from folks who think they know something.

I also wrote an article for the ICOR newsletter earlier this year, not sure if you are a member with them but they seemed to be a really great setup and probably a great place for you to meet other investors.Good luck!

You can find many forums, articles, etc on questions you may have.Also heard yesterday that you can write off BP Pro membership for your taxes and do a search of other BP members right around your zip code.

He seems to be dead on about the wholesaling aspect of real estate and all over the internet people praise him for his expertise.

A month ago, I stumbled upon the Vegas AirBnB article that went viral and I became even more intrigued (http://mashable.com/2013/11/04/bought-apartment-rent-airbnb/).

While working for him, I always wanted to be the guy who came by just to check and see if the job was done, and made the bulk of the money.When I finally felt I had a chance to be that investor, I read everything on the internet I could find about flipping houses.

Also, the Business Insider article shows a lack of understanding of what this is all about.
