Depends a lot on location and the other house sin the area.Forinstance, we just bought 2 houses 6 minutes from the casinos.

I have a good rental management company that takes care of a house I have in Houston (Spring, non flood area) that also has their own portfolio.  

I do Houston only because I grew up here and I like the economics of the market.
