I made the mistake of listening to realtors who pushed me towards using Anderson 100 windows on a few for sale projects citing the name recognition will help sales.

A self analysis of these items should help you decide whether it makes sense to proceed with the improvements or if perhaps you are better suited selling the building as-is and re-invest your capital and time into projects that better align with your core competencies. 

If you haven't been charging late fees, make sure you start, because that will help reduce the amount of times they're late on rent.
