I have the calls go to a Google Voice # and then I check Google voice and ask for an email address to which I send an overview of the Rent to Own program and a brief overview of the properties.

you are on the right site - there is so much on here and so many great investors - also check out www.MichiganRealEstateInvestors.com it is a local REIA - there is also Oakland REIA and a meetup in Ann Arbor but i don't know all the exact details on those and you might need to Google them.
