You can google some Non-Prime lenders like Angel Oak or Citadel. 

I have the calls go to a Google Voice # and then I check Google voice and ask for an email address to which I send an overview of the Rent to Own program and a brief overview of the properties. 

Ultimately the key to your success as a wholesaler is to develop a business model that works for you, and then sticking to that model and revising it to fine tune your strategy as you learn more.Consider joining the Milwaukee Real Estate Investor Association (Google it) for networking opportunities with other wholesalers. 

You can google them and a lot of other crowdfunding platforms will pop up.

I've also enjoyed the networking with other realtors in my firm, which I believe will come in handy now and in the future.  

This whole industry is a grind, enjoy it!

you are on the right site - there is so much on here and so many great investors - also check out www.MichiganRealEstateInvestors.com it is a local REIA - there is also Oakland REIA and a meetup in Ann Arbor but i don't know all the exact details on those and you might need to Google them.

I live out of state, so I've only seen it on google earth, but I have done plenty of research.
