You should go to the REI Association Meeting at the Hilton Garden Inn on 2/16.

Also, not sure if you know about it or not but there is a Real Estate Investors Association that meets every month in Metairie. 

I would recommend talking to Susan Wilklow with Wilklow and Associates.

Also, unnecessarily creating a turnover, with all the associated work and expenses, doesn't make business sense.

But I really don't think they will admit anything to them or care about what Home Advisor has to say, reason being they have only 2k to loose if they do nothing, but lots of costs associated with paying for my damaged items and fixing their work. 

To start with, not only will you need to maintain your license, but you will also, most likely, need to join your local, state, & national Realtors association to have access to your MLS.  

The national companies have upfront costs associated with rebranding the signage and office; some of them pick up some of those costs, and I think I can probably negotiate with the ones who haven't offered yet.
