I will offer a slightly different angle regarding the cost of hiring someone to do an energy audit.

I'm of course new at this and admit I may be looking at it from the wrong angle. 

We later found out that because the lot is not wide enough that we weren't able to do that.

My advice is to have an aggressive goal, but be a sharpshooter at the same time covering all angles above before moving on to your next acquisitions

The size of support corridors, mechanical storage, laundry, etc is widely variable.

Plus low end junker parks if this is what these are and this is what i see in SC as i drive or fly around.. bunch of single wides .. its just pretty tough managing those..

If you are going to repave the driveway later, it would cost more, but what about a gentler slope at an angle across the lower half of the front lawn (below where the trees are, going from the bottom right where the grade is less steep up to the top of the current driveway where the dark patch is?
