But there are many people who have a monster rental portfolio and make a darn good living.If you are going to flip a house I suggest that you purchase a house that will be in the median price range when it is rehabbed, that way you will be in the price range where there are the most buyers.

We currently have a great list of properties in our area that are well under valued, with post construction a profit of 35%-45% of overall sales price. price ranges from 15K- 150K purchase price before construction.

Know-It-All, but it's been 15 years since I bought an REO and I'm pretty sure the ground rules have changed a bit.I'm looking at a couple of SFHs in my area, $150K range, ARVs in the low $200K.

:lol: Also, another part of the sidewalk the guy installed these ugly pink fake brick pavers, and they are desintegrating. part of the sidewalk lets two inches of water collect when the snow melts in the spring, making it hard to walk on for about two weeks.
