Much more valuable than books and podcasts, and much more effective than what most newbies do, which is posting "how do I start a wholesaling business" in online forums. 

We are simply taking the precautions we can such as locking the building down and having no valuables present from the exterior windows, and working with our tenants.

Here's why:  it's hard, it's busy, and it (especially in 3cm thickness) communicates a premium feel in the most valuable room of the home. 

Fwiw, this idea of getting rental property vacant is just.....odd.... tenants are what make rental properties valuable. 

You might be able to make reviews more valuable by providing a specific format (e.g. questions with responses on a likert scale - strongly disagree to strongly agree) with only a small number of characters permitted for free text responses.I second @Bob Floss II's comment that it may be useful to require that reviews come only from members with a certain amount of BP credibility (posts, votes etc).

I am currently reading the Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner which gives valuable information and I always tune in to the BiggerPockets podcasts while driving.
