They want to be paid quarterly(they don't trust taxpayers).

If doing out of state, try the same area so that you can build trust with agents, contractors, etc.

Hi All,I know several conversation have taken place on the formation of an LLC / Trust for investing in buy and hold properties.

Don't trust AirDNA, do your own comps.....And I found out the hard way...worst case is always zero.

Partnering with investors not only helps grow now, but establishes the trust and relationship over next 18 months, which is important because these same investors are who we are partnering with when we go national, they get first dibs on expanding to other states under their leadership/vision.

For house hackers that really want the best return I think this is a really phenomenal strategy if you know people who you trust enough not to eat your oreos ;).
