There is a potential deal on the market which will go fast but at the moment only have 20% for the down payment. 

I've been looking to get into rentals for a long time now, and am finally at a spot where I can.My only concern right now is how fast houses sell and how much over market value they sell for.

Nobody I spoke with at the banks to this point have mentioned the loan structure of what you described but I’ll certainly ask for it next week when I try to look at some of the options presented by the forum today.

I had a guy come out today and offer to do it for $750Said he'd have to dig up some of the yard.1) what questions do i need to ask him or the city before awarding him the work?

I researched on Zillow and found a great agent with a great reputation and today she reached out for me to the seller's agent about the building and its status.
