I’m looking to invest in a SFH LTR to start with in San Antonio or Austin but I’m afraid of getting something in an over saturated market.

Being a land lord and collecting rent it seems to me will stay the #1 vehicle especially for folks just starting out.I created a very unique note investment back in 2012 and a few folks knocked me off.

Good problem to have but I want to start paying off some of these loans to increase cashflow and make us impenetrable during a market downturn.  

FYI, I am banking on the equity to come in by year 2 in order for me to refinance and jump start my next investment property. 

I started sharing my experience investing overseas in the BP forums around 2017 I believe.

I'm starting to look at the market, and I was curious if anyone had any information on travelling nurse demand, saturation etc.Thank you!

When you talk about path of progress that is important to upside/appreciation, but I place a higher focus on finding "value" from the start.

When my daughter started a STR company in NYC in 2013, most bookers were people looking for rooms that were cheaper than comparable hotel rooms.

We are just getting started in the world of real estate investing.
